An MBA from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, Mayur is the strategic force behind Pronance's evolution into an export-oriented enterprise. His vision stretches beyond rice milling — he sees Pronance as a global supply brand that builds direct relationships with international buyers and gives Bengal's rice a permanent seat at the world's table. Under his leadership, Pronance completed its first direct FOB consignment to Bangladesh in FY 2025–26.
