For Pronance Industries Private Limited, that dream took root in Kharagpur, West Bengal, India, a land surrounded by lush paddy fields and hardworking farmers whose lives are intertwined with the rhythm of the harvest.
Founded in 2012, Pronance began its journey in the cement industry — a venture driven by ambition and vision. But when the winds of the market changed, the company chose not to slow down. Instead, it evolved.
In 2019, guided by foresight and grounded in the strength of its location, Pronance transitioned into rice milling — returning to the soil, to the source of nourishment and tradition. It was more than a business decision; it was a step towards connecting deeply with the roots of India’s agricultural heritage.
Today, Pronance stands tall as a modern agro-industrial enterprise, combining technology, trust, and tradition — where every grain processed tells a story of care, precision, and pride.

From paddy procurement to drying, parboiling, milling, and sorting, every stage is integrated and controlled through advanced PLC-based systems that ensure purity, consistency, and quality in every batch.
Sustainability isn’t just a practice — it’s a principle.
Our husk-based boilers recycle by-products into energy, reducing our carbon footprint while powering the plant 24×7.
And with the Sortex color sorting machine imported from London, UK, we ensure global-grade accuracy in sorting — where every grain meets the golden standard of quality.
Our Reach
Pronance has built a trusted network that stretches across India and beyond.
Domestic Presence: Gujarat, Jharkhand, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, and West Bengal.
Exports: 90% of total sales through indirect exports, with direct exports initiated in FY 2025–26. Our first consignment — a proud shipment to Bangladesh — marked a milestone in our global journey.
Our consignments flow through major Indian ports — Kolkata, Haldia, Visakhapatnam, and Kakinada — carrying with them the essence of Bengal’s rich paddy belt to tables across the world.

A postgraduate (MBA) from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai, Mayur leads the company with vision and purpose. He spearheads strategic growth, export expansion, and brand building with a deep belief in creating value beyond profits.
Mrs. Raina Agarwal – Director
A graduate in Computer Software, Raina brings innovation and efficiency to operations. Her focus on automation and system optimization ensures that Pronance stays technologically ahead while maintaining its human touch.

We are building our own export division to connect directly with global buyers — bringing Indian rice to more international markets while strengthening our brand presence worldwide.
- Launching “Kasturi” – The Fragrance of Purity
Soon, our homegrown brand “Kasturi” will bring premium parboiled rice to Indian households.
Starting from West Bengal and Eastern India, Kasturi will grow to represent purity, quality, and the authentic taste of Bengal across India.
- Expanding Our Capacity
To meet rising demand, we are preparing to double our processing capacity to 1,00,000 MT per annum, equipped with energy-efficient systems and next-generation automation.
